WHERE CAN WE LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE ON MULTI DAY TOURS?

If you are going on a multi-day tour we have the option to leave your luggage at either the hotel you are checked-in-to or keep it stored at the office. All hotels allow for storage of your luggage until your return.

SHOULD I TIP? IS SO, HOW MUCH?

Tipping is completely up to you, the traveler. It is not included in the price of the tours. If you feel the need to tip any of our guides, cooks, drivers or any other team member, please refer to the PDF itinerary under the ‘Additional Documents’ section for suggested tipping amounts.

ARE AIRPORT TRANSFERS INCLUDED?

Unless otherwise stated under the ‘What’s Included’ section of the tour outline or PDF itinerary, transfers are included to and from the airport. We take pride in taking care of all the logistics and hassle of getting from point A to point B. Some travelers opt out to have transfers included and wish to arrange it themselves – which is also doable.

WHAT KIND OF LUGGAGE SHOULD I BRING?

We recommend bringing a large backpack or duffle bag and a smaller backpack as your day pack. Although we understand suitcases are more convenient, they can become overbearing as they will difficult to fit under seats, small buses, etc as well as be difficult to roll through unpaved roads or up stairs. Smaller carry on suitcases, as well as a smaller duffle or day pack, are recommend if you absolutely would like to bring a suitcase.

DO TOURS INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL/NATIONAL AIRFARE?

International flights are not included in the price of our tours. However, we would be more than happy to assist you making flight arrangements. Simply as our Travel Specialist and he/she will provide you with a quote. National flight airfare vary from tour to tour, so please refer to the ‘What’s Included’ section of the site page or PDF custom itinerary.

CAN YOU ASSIST WITH TRAVEL VISAS?

Our Travel Specialist will happily assist you in providing information for required visa requirements depending on your nationality and destination. We are unable to arrange visas on your behalf but will provide you with the appropriate information or you to continue with applying for the visa.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK FOR YOUR TOURS?

We tend to recommend our travelers to travel light as much as possible for each tour will vary depending on the season and destination. Please refer to the ‘What to Pack’ site page or suggested packing list once booking has been confirmed.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN JOIN A TOUR?

Our group tour average is 4 travelers with a min of 2, and max of 8. We believe in providing one on one personal care to all of our travelers. Our group sizes also give you the flexibility and freedom to make deeper connections with other travelers on the trip. Our private tours are based on the number of travelers in your party.

HOW CAN I CHECK HOTEL RESERVATIONS? CONFIRMATION?

In our multi-day group tours, your Tour Leader will have all proper reservation numbers as well as accommodation arrangements. For our private custom tours, please refer to the PDF itinerary under each ‘Accommodation’ section for confirmation number as well as PIN. Reservations will be made under the name of the person who completed the booking.

HOW DO WE KNOW WHO IS PICKING US UP FOR TRANSFERS?

We will provide you with the name of your taxi driver and/or team member who will be picking you up at the airport. The driver/team member will have a sign with your name on it standing just outside the terminal. As an extra measure, we provide you with the WhatsApp number of our Operation Manager for each region in case you which to text or call.

WHAT VACCINATIONS DO I NEED FOR SOUTH AMERICA?

We highly recommend visiting your family doctor or physician for questions about specific vaccinations your require for the country you will be visiting. Please refer to the Center for Disease Control & Prevention for information on required vaccinations before visiting your health professional.
