When is the best times to visit Humantay Lake?
The best time of year to visit Humantay Lake is during the dry season, which runs from May to October. However, because of its high altitude, Humantay Lake can be visited all year round. May and June are particularly recommended as the lake is at its fullest then and temperatures are milder.
How long should I stay in humantay lake?
Depends on how much you would like to experience. If your goal is to simply take a few photos and enjoy the scenery, then one day will awesome. On the other hand, if you want to really get a feel for the local culture and explore the Inca ruins in full, then two or three days may be more suitable.
